A Mothers Love
Mother and ChildDid everyone get to spring-clean his or her house yet? Well, here at PMCC we've finished our spring-cleaning and we are ready for the next few months. May is special to us because it's a time when we get to celebrate Mothers Day. There's nothing like a mother's love.
Throughout the month we will be talking to our kids during circle time about the things they love about their moms. Additionally, during the month of May our older kids will focus on listening skills and directional games. We will continue to help our infants/toddlers to engage in a variety of sensory stimulation with emphasis on building language skills.

Summer program
Once again, we will have a summer program for the months of June, July and part of August. Last year we had a blast going on field trips to museums, mansions, aquariums and many other exciting places. During these months, we will have a more relaxed schedule and turn our focus on providing direct learning experiences. We will continue to engage in some of our daily routines such as; music and movement, story time and other routine learning activities. A copy of the program will be distributed shortly.
Note: If your child attends daycare on a full time basis you will only be required to pay admission fees for any field trips and/or events.

New Additions
We welcome Natalie Leung to the PMCC family. Natalie is a vibrant young (13) month old girl that loves to play peek-a-boo games. We hope that her experience here at the center will be a memorable one!

A Special Goodbye
It's with deep sadness that Caden Marston will be leaving us at the end of May. Caden has been with us for almost a year and during that time hes grown so much in his social skills. We will truly miss him. At his request, we will host a pajama party towards the end of May. We request that parents send your child(ren) in their pajamas so we can celebrate that day with Caden.

A Time To Grow
Spring BloomsSpring is almost here and were very excited. Spring represents a time for planting, change in colors and fresh new scents. During circle time we will discuss all the signs of spring with the children. Our kids will learn how trees bud and how to plant various seeds.
Children will have an opportunity to choose what they would like to grow from a variety of seeds and establish a schedule for caring for the plants.
During the month of March we will also discuss safety tips, which can be achieved during Music- n- Movement time such as; Red light, Green light and Yellow light and discussing what each one represents. We will continue to work with our infants and toddlers to establish daily routines, social and language skills.

Green Day
PMCC is celebrating St. Patrick's Day on March 13th. Therefore, we asking parents to have their children wear something green for the day. We will spend the day creating shamrocks, dancing to Irish music and hunting for the Leprechauns treasure of gold.

Center Closing
As a reminder, PMCC will be closed from February 27th through March 3rd. If you should have any questions concerning this newsletter, please feel free to contact Harry Mullan or myself between the hours of 7p.m. and 8p.m. Monday through Friday.
